Once paid there are no refunds however, if you miss a class that you have paid for you will maintain a credit for a future class
The first 30 minutes will be very gentle Yoga poses to stretch and prepare to be still. There will then be 5 minutes to settle in - either sitting or lying down, comfortably with cushioning, pillows, blankets for the remaining time - 45 minute guided meditation with singing bowls, koshi chimes rain sticks and other soothing sounds to calm the nervous system. During the last 5 minutes there will be no sound, just guided breath practice to bring you back to reality. Angela will be on screen, you are free to have your camera on or off as you wish.
