Join Kathy, Pat, andAngela in this historic, dare we say, Castle, situated on the St. Lawrence River in Quebec City for a Winter Retreat for Writers.

In the Quebec City Generative Writing Sessions, Pat and Kathy aim to demystify the writing process and offer writers time and space to look both inward and outward, a chance to see where paying attention - to body, mind and soul - leads. Each morning gathering has a different theme and Angela warms the group up with gentle seated yoga, breath practice and guided meditation.

Please Note:Retreat Registration Fee and Fairmont Chateau Frontenac Accommodations are separate registrations. After Retreat Registration is paid in full, a link will be provided to register your accommodations directly with the Fairmont.

• 9:00-9:30pm - Yoga Nidra from the privacy of your own room on Zoom with Angela.

Thursday, December 3, Friday, December 4 and Saturday, December 5 

• 10am-1:00pm - Morning Group Gatherings with Pat & Kathy in a Private Meeting Space. 

• 1:00pm-5:00pm - One-to-One writing sessions with Pat or Kathy and/or Reiki Sound Healing sessions with Angela.

• 9:00-9:30pm - Yoga Nidra from the privacy of your own room on Zoom with Angela.

Sunday, December 6 

•  11:00am-1:00pm - Brunch and Story Sharing in Private Room at Champlain Restaurant.
